Return Process

  Log into your Aape account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Aape branding tags and security seals are intact and included in the box.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
